We are hiring for an amazing, "out of the box" experience!

You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.


What we expect:


  • Advanced level of German and a medium level of English

  • Experience within content moderation/ data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

  • Availability for a full time schedule, in shifts between 09:00 - 02:00, Monday – Sunday

  • Availability to work from home, anywhere in Romania

  • Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation

  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

  • Critical thinking

  • Resilience - the job involves exposure to disturbing content, perhaps even harmful

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities



Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • 100% back office activity
  • Evaluate and validate the quality, safety, and relevance of keywords used for search recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights on keyword performance
  • Analyze search data and provide actionable insights to improve the user search experience
  • Ensure that keywords comply with safety guidelines and are appropriate for the target audience
