Join our team as an AI Data Annotation Specialist!
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-driven advertising. You will be responsible for evaluating and improving AI-generated advertising content by offering valuable insights and adhering to best practices. Your expertise in cultural trends and awareness will help ensure our AI stays relevant, accurate, and impactful. You’ll also collaborate with Global teams to share feedback and build consensus that will contribute to enhancing the AI's performance and quality metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze guidelines, providing valuable insights to enhance AI performance.
Assess queries following established guidelines, offering feedback and seeking clarity. Queries can include sensitive content.
Comprehend statistical and quality metrics to drive performance improvement.
Remain culturally aware of current cultural trends and locale-specific nuances..
Collaborate with global teams, fostering cooperation, and achieving consensus on content evaluation.
Constantly communicate to create clear and constructive feedback, engage in clarifying discussions, and participate in global consensus-building sessions. Ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and effectively.
Taking initiative in self-learning, utilizing both formal and informal opportunities and social platforms to develop skills. Sharing knowledge and collaborating to foster continuous learning.
Following guidelines precisely and assessing content accurately to ensure quality and compliance. Being meticulous, especially when evaluating sensitive content.
Applying general reasoning based on knowledge and guidelines, while thinking creatively and independently beyond just depending on instructions when necessary. Understanding the user-intent, and making sense of what the business aims to achieve. Based on that, using critical thinking and cognitive skills to achieve the best results.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical abilities to comprehend guidelines and provide valuable insights for AI enhancement.
Excellent communication skills to offer constructive feedback, ask clarifying questions, and engage in global discussions effectively.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and a proactive approach to ongoing training strategies.
Awareness and expertise in fields like:
Finance (Taxes, personal and corporate loans)
Travel (Hotels, and travel packages)
Real Estate (Apartments or houses on rent or for sale)
Automotive (dealerships, car parts, car brands)
Health (medical processes, mental health, rehab centers, pharmacies)
Apparel & Fashion (sports brands, cosmetics, nails, accessories, shoes, lingerie, hygiene products)
Electronics (Smartphones, computers, tablets, Smart locks, smart watches.)
Furniture (Home Depot, Wayfair, home decor)
Themed products (The Simpsons, Disney, Fandom, etc.)
Ability to think critically and drive meaningful discussions towards achieving consensus and agreement within diverse teams.
Strong attention to detail to ensure adherence to guidelines and accurate evaluation of queries, including sensitive content.
Knowledge:
English and German B2 - Required
Oral and written comprehension
Appropriate use of language
Familiarity with AI technologies and their ethical implementation in advertising systems, with strong grasp of advertising regulations, platform policies, and privacy laws.
Proficiency in evaluating and discerning advertising content thoughtfully, recognizing its impact on individuals and society at large.
Awareness of ethical considerations in advertising content evaluation, particularly when handling sensitive or controversial material.
Studies & Experience:
1+ years of experience in rating or data annotation is desirable
Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.
At least 1 year of university studies in a relevant field is desirable.
An academic background in Marketing, Communications, Publicity, Research, Humanities, Social Science, Law, Business, and Finance is required.
