About the role
We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Shipping Customer Service Specialist to join our customer experience environment. This role involves assisting customers with shipping inquiries, tracking packages, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding logistics and delivery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This position is key to ensuring a seamless and supportive shipping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle shipping and tracking inquiries with precision and professionalism.
Process and resolve lost package claims and delivery delays.
Manage customer account inquiries and shipping documentation.
Monitor package tracking and provide proactive delivery updates.
Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve complex shipping issues.
Document shipping incidents and maintain accurate case records.
Assist customers with international shipping requirements.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and procedures.
Provide guidance on packaging and shipping options.
Maintain updated knowledge of shipping policies and service standards.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields (Desirable).
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
