General Description


We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Shipping Customer Service Specialist to join our customer experience team in a BPO/call center environment. This role involves assisting customers with shipping inquiries, tracking packages, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding logistics and delivery services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This position is key to ensuring a seamless and supportive shipping experience for all customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about shipments, tracking, and delivery updates with empathy and accuracy.

  • Provide top-notch customer service and back-office support to senders and recipients.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to lost packages, delays, or account inquiries efficiently.

  • Ensure every interaction reflects the commitment to speed, reliability, and quality in logistics.

Requirements


  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site during training; transition to work-from-home afterward.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • English Level: B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).

  • Employment Verification: Required.
