As a Health Provider, you’ll be the voice of this innovative network, assisting customers with their health plan inquiries via phone. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on health plan inquiries and benefits via phone.
Assist clients with benefits enrollment, claims processing, and provider selection.
Explain complex healthcare terminology and procedures in clear, understandable terms.
Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated healthcare cases effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and insurance regulations.
Document and analyze call trends to improve customer satisfaction and plan utilization.
Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Offer empathetic support while maintaining professional boundaries.
Contribute to the development of healthcare support resources and FAQs.
Manage high-priority inquiries during peak call volumes efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in healthcare customer service or related field.
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be able to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
