As a Health Provider, you’ll be the voice of this innovative network, assisting customers with their health plan inquiries via phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on health plan inquiries and benefits via phone.

  • Assist clients with benefits enrollment, claims processing, and provider selection.

  • Explain complex healthcare terminology and procedures in clear, understandable terms.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated healthcare cases effectively.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and insurance regulations.

  • Document and analyze call trends to improve customer satisfaction and plan utilization.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

  • Offer empathetic support while maintaining professional boundaries.

  • Contribute to the development of healthcare support resources and FAQs.

  • Manage high-priority inquiries during peak call volumes efficiently.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in healthcare customer service or related field.

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be able to work on-site.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
