As a Credit Reporting Expert, you’ll be the voice of this innovative network, providing customer service and technical support to assist with insurance-related inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on credit reports and insurance-related inquiries.

  • Process and analyze credit report disputes with precision and regulatory compliance.

  • Guide clients through complex credit and insurance documentation with clear explanations.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated cases effectively.

  • Verify and update credit information according to industry standards.

  • Maintain detailed records of all credit and insurance-related modifications.

  • Monitor trends to identify opportunities for service improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with credit reporting regulations and guidelines.

  • Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex credit disputes.

  • Partner with technical teams to address system-related inquiries.


Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in credit reporting, financial services, or insurance industry (Desirable).

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Legal Documentation:

    • NIT

    • DPI
