  • Walk clients through credit report details, claim statuses, or system glitches with a steady, helpful hand.

  • Sync up with your team to tackle tough questions and keep support flowing without a hitch.

  • Forge solid connections with callers by tuning into their insurance concerns and delivering spot-on answers.

  • Spot recurring issues in calls to suggest fresh ways to make the customer experience even better.



Requirements



  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).

  • Employment Verification: Required.
