Job Description
Through inbound channels, helping the customers with following topics:
Completing the money transfer requests
Providing solutions to questions/problems encountered or conveying the issue to the relevant units
Requirements
Residency in İstanbul
Native level proficiency in Turkish and good level proficiency in English
Strong communication skills
Being a good team player
