Talent Development Professional - Guatemala
Position overview:
As a Talent Development Lead, you are responsible for enabling the growth and development of your target audience, driving success in their current roles and preparing them for future opportunities. You will have a deep understanding of how these roles support the company's strategy and leverage this knowledge to create and implement effective learning solutions. Your role involves applying the Learning 2.0 strategy to strengthen performance, align behaviors with our ideal culture, and foster career growth.
You will collaborate closely with OD, L&D, HR, and Business teams to understand learning needs, advise on and plan learning experiences, and implement relevant talent solutions. Your approach will be agile, emphasizing co-creation with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content relevance and quality in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative learning experiences, tools, and programs that:
Strengthen performance
Foster culturally aligned behaviors
Promote development for career progression
Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses and business performance requirement assessments
Develop learning solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders, business owners, and learning experience designers
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of learning solutions using agile project management and change management principles
Monitor adoption, evaluate impact, and continuously analyze results to drive ongoing improvements
Manage programs and initiatives, measuring success indicators and promoting business value/impact both internally and externally
Drive continuous improvement and nurturing of initiatives and programs
Implement and oversee relevant talent solutions, such as mentoring programs, performance management, and succession planning interventions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Pedagogy, or a related field
3+ years of experience in creating and implementing learning programs for business
Desirable experience in agile project management
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
