Description et exigences

The role of the TA Contract Signature Coordinator is to support the processes in the TA department of TELUS Digital Bulgaria. 


Responsibilities:


  • Meet new hires and make sure they sign the proper on-boarding set of documentation;

  • Process new hires’ information and documentation;

  • Complete the hiring process of new joiners in the internal systems;

  • Provide guidance and assistance to complete the online hiring process of new joiners;

  • Ensure the new joiners provide all the mandatory documentation;

  • Prepare employment reports upon request;

  • Prepare employment contracts; 

  • Support the new hires' workflow and work along with other company departments;

  • Work in compliance with the Bulgarian Labor legislation and Company rules.


Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor legislation;

  • University Degree in HR or business-related studies;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite;

  • Advanced spoken and written English;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Previous experience in the field of Payroll/HR will be considered as an advantage.
