• Develop a solid understanding and application of Social Media moderation rules and guidelines.

• Review uploaded content and take applicable actions to approve, disapprove, or escalate any content, by marking and categorizing all videos according to the policies 

• Show appropriate judgment in alerting Sr. mods and leads to escalate any sensitive content that requires further action.

• Aid in reporting inappropriate use of Social media content on off-site platforms.

• To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.  

• Staying up to date with the latest cultural global updates and trends

Education / Experience and Knowledge

• Highschool degree

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Knowledge and use of Internet search.

• Experience and/or knowledge of BPO industry - Desirable

• English and Portuguese -B1 and above 

• Oral and written comprehension 

• Appropriate usage of language

• Brazilian knowledge market 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and stay updated on changing policies

• Schedule: 6 AM to 3 PM (Weekends and national holidays off).
