Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Representative!
As a Team Member you will provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through phone, email and live chat support channels. You will provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques. You will also manage and resolve customer complaints. You will identify and escalate priority issues. You will route calls to the appropriate resources when necessary and also document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures. You must always strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client. You will meet and exceed client mandated KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).

B2 English Skills
Sales & account management experience strongly preferred
Strong phone skills
Strong drive to achieve both personal targets and team targets
Professional composure & demeanor
Adept at objection handling, using collaborative & persuasive skills/tactics
Uses a consultative approach to build trust & rapport, using effective questioning
Demonstrates effective people skills & sensitivities when dealing with others
Excellent account management skills which build positive commercial outcomes & satisfaction
Listens to an array of customer concerns, and able to recommend a suitable solution
Conversationalist with up-beat and positive personality
Strong work ethic & attention to detail
