We are seeking a Real Estate Data Services Specialist to provide expert-level customer support for clients utilizing our real estate data services. This role requires advanced English communication skills to assist clients with inquiries related to property data, market trends, valuations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate data, a customer-first approach, and a deep understanding of real estate industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced-level support to clients with inquiries related to real estate data services, including property listings, market trends, valuations, and reporting.
Assist clients in understanding how to access, analyze, and interpret real estate data, ensuring they can make informed decisions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform, data accuracy, and access problems.
Guide clients through the process of generating custom reports and retrieving detailed property information.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve data services.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property valuation methods, and industry regulations to provide clients with the most accurate and relevant data.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely responses and clear, actionable advice.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer management system.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in real estate services, data management, or customer service in a related field preferred.
Languages: Advanced fluency in English is required.
Skills:
Strong understanding of real estate data, property valuations, market analysis, and trends.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple, accessible manner.
Proficiency in real estate data platforms, customer service software
Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
