Description et exigences
As a Product Owner, Digital UI Components & Frameworks, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping the foundation of our digital experiences. You will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core digital UI components, frameworks, and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive development, and the ability to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and product management plans. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, QA engineers, analytics specialists, marketing teams, and IT, to ensure the consistent adoption and evolution of our digital building blocks. Your ability to identify and mitigate risks early, monitor the adoption and reusability of components, and make data-driven decisions will be crucial to your success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership and Management: Own and manage the lifecycle of digital UI components, frameworks, and standards, ensuring their quality, consistency, and alignment with user needs and business objectives.
- Product Planning and Backlog Management: Deliver comprehensive product management plans, define and prioritize user stories within an Agile/Lean framework, and meticulously track milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers, analytics specialists, marketing teams, and IT stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and shared understanding.
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies early in the product lifecycle, and work collaboratively with relevant teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Adoption and Reusability Monitoring: Monitor the adoption and reusability of digital components and standards across various digital properties, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving consistent implementation.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data related to component usage, performance, and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and inform future iterations of the digital UI framework.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in digital and/or web product roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Project and Process Management: Proven ability to manage projects and processes effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and facilitate effective discussions across diverse teams.
- Agile/Lean Expertise: Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile and Lean product delivery methodologies.
- Responsive and Mobile-First Development: Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development approaches.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, understand the broader business context, and translate strategic goals into actionable product plans.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and insights to inform product decisions and measure success.
