We are looking for a Procurement Team Leader to join our Procurement Team!

Responsibilities:

• Works with department heads to determine their product and service needs

• Identifies and researches potential new suppliers, researching new products and services to meet the company’s goals

• Maintains relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the

• company

• Validates the completeness of internal documents received in accordance with approved expense requests

• Participates together with the department heads and business primes in vendor meetings

• Organizes vendor biddings

• Supports the process related to the preparation, signing and archiving contracts with vendors in compliance with the internal policies and procedures of the company

• Leads and develops the Procurement Team in Romania

• Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of proven team leadership experience in a BPO / Call Center environment

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in the Procurement / Finance area

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• C2 / native-level proficiency in Romanian language

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experienced in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets

• Experience with ERP systems

• Availability to work on a hybrid model (in-office presence is required in Bucharest, AFI Buildings)
