We are seeking Money Transfers Specialists (English) to provide outstanding customer support for individuals and businesses utilizing our money transfer services. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their inquiries, track transfers, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactions. If you have a strong customer service background, excellent problem-solving skills, and are passionate about providing excellent support in the financial services industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with sending, receiving, and tracking money transfers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear, concise information regarding money transfer procedures, fees, and timelines.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues, including transaction errors, delayed payments, and fraud concerns.
Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of complex issues, working closely with other departments as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s money transfer services, policies, and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and reduce transaction errors.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the customer management system.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or money transfer systems is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in English is required.
Skills:
Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively assist customers.
Proficiency in money transfer systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
