We are looking for a Mobile Services Support Specialist – Customer Service (French and English) to provide expert-level support for customers using our mobile services and products. This role requires fluency in both French and English to assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the features of our mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both languages, a passion for customer service, and technical expertise related to mobile services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual customer support in French and English for mobile services, including account management, billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
Assist customers in setting up mobile devices, managing mobile plans, and understanding mobile features.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile devices, apps, and network connectivity.
Educate customers on mobile service options, billing details, and usage.
Resolve escalated issues and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the customer management system.
Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile services, devices, and technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
Provide proactive outreach to customers for account management, new service offerings, and product updates.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, mobile services, or technical support preferred.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is required, with advanced verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Skills:
Strong understanding of mobile services, devices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Proficiency in customer service software, mobile service platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
