- Work with business partners and project teams to develop and execute internal communications plans and key messages for new programs and initiatives.
- Research, interview, and create engaging written communications for a variety of internal audiences, including field technicians.
- Develop and adapt content for multiple communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure communications align with business goals and effectively reach their intended audience.
- Skilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.
- Ability to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).
- Ability to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.
- Create and/or implement methodologies to standardize work
- Attend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders
- Planning and time management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with other internal departments within TELUS and TELUS Digital as a whole
- Professional English Level (B2) - Required
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills for conveying messages
- 1-3 years of Experience in Client/Stakeholder management - Required
- The role is work from home (WFH), but the team member might be required to work from the site as needed.
- Commitment to be in the role for at least 1 year - Required

- Google Workspace Basic Knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confidence when presenting and collaborating across varied business units and levels of the organization
- Ability to work with a high-performing team and become a strong contributor
- Learner-centered and performance-based learning strategies
- 3 years of University studies (Modern Languages, Business Administration, Pedagogy, Information
- Technology, or similar, is a plus - Desirable
- A passion for language and a commitment to delivering high-quality translations
