About the role: 

The DSU dedicated Mentor in Digital Solutions is responsible for providing administrative support, transfer knowledge, and developing the class to the DSU program and Tl coordinator program, he/she is also responsible for providing the necessary feedback for the interns, checking and evaluating performance to ensure ongoing compliance for the program. He/She is responsible for helping recruitment in order to fulfill client headcount requirements. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Making sure the interns have the necessary material, classes and practice and guarantee the performance of the program and goals. Ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account, help Recruitment in order to fulfill client headcount requirements. 

Required Skills: 

  • Proven experience in teaching  Mandatory
  • Experience and knowledge of Java SE/EE 
  • Experience working with MVC frameworks (preferably Spring MVC), or Struts or JSF. 
  • Experience working with templating languages (ex. Velocity, Google Closure) 
  • Rest API (preferably Jersey) 
  • Maven / Jenkins / Nexus 
  • Log4j/slf4j, JUnit, Mockito 
  • Experience and strong knowledge of JavaScript & HTML5/CSS 
  • NodeJS 
  • React/Angular 
  • TypeScript 
  • 3+ years experience working as a Java/JavaScript developer 
  • 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge of JAVA SE & JAVA.
  • Experience working with Relational Databases & SQL (preferable Oracle)
  • Experience working with Non-Relational Databases (preferable Firebase)
  • Experience working with Google Cloud (GKE basic understanding) 
  • Good communication skills / English 
  • Leadership

  • Analysis, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills

  • Experience working with JAVA Application Servers (preferable Weblogic)  RabbitMQ

  • Experience in Agile Methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban) 
  • Experience working with remote teams 
  • Liferay / javax.Portlet / javax.Servlet (Desired) 
  • Google Docs/Presentation/Spreadsheets - Advanced - Required  English - B2 
  • Oral and written comprehension 
  • Appropriate use of language
