Description et exigences

The Implementation Business Analyst is responsible to present the solution, define requirements and complete the configuration of the solution to fit the client’s needs. 

  • Must have 5-16 years of experience.

Responsibilities/Capabilities

  • Understand one or many components of the EAS solutions and their interactions with other components. 

  • In their area of expertise, can explain to an external client or internal colleagues how the solution is working from a user perspective. 

  • Understand project planning regarding content (understand planning established by the functional lead)

  • Capture the client’s requirements and manage action items to resolution (e.g. following client workshops)

  • Identify the “gaps” where client’s requirements cannot be fulfill by configuration only.

  • Lead clients workshops and report any action items, decisions or escalation to Functional Lead

  • Where a configuration tool is available, is responsible of the configuration (ex: Ariel360, Template manager, etc)

  • Where configuration is done with the help of a programmer, provide clear specs, (ex: SSRS reports, interfaces, ER portal, etc) 

  • Assist and support the different implementation QA resources on client specific testing (e.g. review test scenarios and test cases)

  • Manage the scope – Ensure request from clients that are not part of the RTM or contract are identified as change to scope and raise accordingly to Functional Lead and project manager

  • Write or assist in writing business specs for development items.

  • Provide training, when required, through the training program from Ariel EAS 

  • Having experience in Pension Plan Administration.

  • Influence our clients to use our COTS solution.

Shift time: 1 PM to 11 PM IST.
