Are you ready to dive into employee benefits across Europe? Are you passionate about data analysis and comfortable using spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets?
We're on the hunt for a Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team and are seeking a professional to support benefits administration across European operations. This role combines strategic benefits management with operational excellence in a multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer employee benefits across European markets
Oversee benefits vendor relationships and handle case escalations
Collaborate with People and Culture teams and stakeholders across multiple countries
Manage benefits plan communications and documentation
Lead the change and support benefits-related projects and initiatives
Monitor and analyze benefits programs for effectiveness and cost optimization
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in HR field (administration, benefits support, generalist)
Experience in managing international benefits programs would be a plus
Excellent project management and communication skills
Fluent Bulgarian and English; Romanian language would be considered as an advantage but is not a must
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong excel/google sheets skills
Experience with benefits administration systems
Ability to work in virtual international teams
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Understanding of data privacy and GDPR requirements
