- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Google Cloud Platform solutions, with a deep focus on
- integrating and optimizing the Google CCAI suite (e.g., Dialog Flow, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights, CCAI Platform).
- Ensure the successful deployment and scaling of cloud-native applications and services, adhering to best practices in security, reliability, and performance.
- Develop comprehensive cloud adoption strategies, including migration plans, governance models, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Stay current with Google Cloud advancements and recommend new services and features to enhance client solutions.
- Specialize in the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Google CCAI products, translating
- business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of CCAI solutions with existing contact center infrastructure, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging CCAI capabilities for improved customer experience, agent efficiency, and operational insights.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to CCAI deployments and provide hands-on support for resolution.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Google Cloud architecture and the Google CCAI suite, providing technical leadership to project teams.
- Mentor and guide other engineers and architects on best practices for cloud solution design,implementation, and operations.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients on Google Cloud and CCAI technologies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable cloud and CCAI solutions.
- Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, articulating the business value of proposed solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Google Cloud representatives and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree (Master's) is a significant asset.
- Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification is required.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing solutions using the Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) suite (Dialog Flow, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights, CCAI Platform).
- Deep understanding of cloud networking, security, storage, and compute services on GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of customer experience design, contact center operations, and key CX metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical, hands-on approach to complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
