About the role
The Accounting Team Leader is responsible for the areas related to financial reporting, taxes, and managing the accounting and treasury team to ensure that the work is properly assigned and completed accurately and in a timely manner. Addresses tight deadlines and multiple accounting activities, end-of-year audit preparation, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily accounting and treasury activities, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards. Evaluate the monthly financial statements vs. the Budget. Perform month-end and analyze differences between planned and actual. Review the income and expenses of inputs and outputs related to the correction and revision of bank reconciliations of the accounts. Assist in audits and the preparation of audit paperwork. Maintain and coordinate the application of accounting and accounting control procedures. Provides training to new and existing staff as needed. Perform other tasks and services as assigned by your immediate boss.

Excel Intermediate - Required
• Functions: SUMIF Joint, average, Count, conditioning formulas (IF, AND, OR)
• Preparation and presentation of advanced graphics

• Advanced Filters
English - B2:
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language
Quality processes-advanced
Studies & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2 years managing companies or wide operations departments, preferably in the call center industry. -Required
Background in accounting|Head of accounting and/or cost accounting -Required
