About the role:


We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent for a variety of exciting projects and programs. This is a full-time, remote position, and candidates must be located in Central America, working within diverse time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, recruit, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse roles across various projects and programs.

  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, utilizing various channels to ensure a positive experience.

  • Pipeline Development: Strategically build and maintain robust talent pipelines and candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Integrate internet research, social media, professional networking, and job boards into effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

  • Job Ad Creation & Posting: Craft compelling and effective job advertisements and post them on appropriate platforms to attract qualified applicants.

  • Performance Tracking: Diligently track and report on key sourcing KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Data Accuracy: Meticulously track and update candidate profiles and information within our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement ways to enhance and streamline the sourcing and recruitment workflow.

  • System Management: Accurately process and track candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant trackers.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and cherishing our company's image as a top employer.

Requirements:

  • Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated Sourcing or Recruitment role.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Experience using case management tools is a plus.

    • Proven experience attracting talent across diverse verticals, including administrative, corporate, call center, freelancers, and ITO, is a significant advantage.

  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Education, Languages, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 

  • Language Proficiency: Professional English Proficiency (B2 High). Multilingual abilities are a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate Excel skills.

  • Intermediate Google G-Suite proficiency.

  • Familiarity with various job portals and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tecoloco, etc.).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills; a natural, persuasive, and engaging communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures.

  • Ability to adapt workflow efficiently to new requirements and priorities.

  • Experience with content creation for recruitment purposes is a plus.

  • Familiarity with personnel recruitment campaigns is a plus.
