We are looking for an Online Shopping Support Specialist – Customer Service (English) to assist customers with their online shopping experience, ensuring seamless transactions, order processing, and issue resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to troubleshoot various e-commerce-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone for online shopping inquiries.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.

  • Troubleshoot payment issues, discount applications, and checkout concerns.

  • Guide customers through website navigation and product selection.

  • Address complaints, resolve disputes, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Stay updated on product details, promotions, and e-commerce platform updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or retail preferred.

  • Languages: Advanced English level is required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of online shopping platforms and payment processing.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools and e-commerce support platforms.
