Job Description
We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on matters related to policy, disciplinary issues, grievances, exits & sensitive / high risk matters
- Organize and lead focussed group discussions & discovery interviews on engagement and HR investigations
- Robust documentation of all focussed group discussions & discovery interviews & review and share insights for the span/site for management review & decision making
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs & recommend new HR strategies
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner with 3 to 9 yrs of experience
- Ability to prioritize, execute programs & transactions in a fast paced environment
- Should be open to work in night Shifts.
- Excellent people management and coaching skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Strong documentation skills
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts
