Job Description

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on matters related to policy, disciplinary issues, grievances, exits & sensitive / high risk matters
  • Organize and lead focussed group discussions & discovery interviews on engagement and HR investigations
  • Robust documentation of all focussed group discussions & discovery interviews & review and share insights for the span/site for management review & decision making
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs & recommend new HR strategies

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner with  3 to 9 yrs of experience
  • Ability to prioritize, execute programs & transactions in a fast paced environment
  • Should be open to work in night Shifts.
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts
