Accountable for successful project delivery, customer loyalty/retention and maintaining a high professionalism rating with Clients by:
Taking ownership for Customer Relationship for their projects ensuring that you understand and deliver on the desired business outcomes
Being in charge of Financial, Implementation, Change Request, Issue/Risk, Schedule and Communication management for each project
Preparing the Project Management Plan for the assigned projects. Responsible for overall project requirements.
Assessing and addressing technical risks. Ensure all issues are being managed and resolved in a timely manner.
Reviewing proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with the concerned team to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Implementing and ensuring adoption of projects. governance framework implementation projects. scoping, planning and deployments of projects.
You will be supported, coached and mentored by the TELUS Client Program Management Office leadership, project management and support teams.

Zusätzliche Stellenbeschreibung
A Technical degree in engineering and/or computer science
Minimum 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ managing complex networking/infrastructure related projects
PMP training or Certification
Exposure to IT enterprise environment is a must have
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results on time
Strong time management, problem solving, negotiation and organization skills
Compelling Communication Skills: Clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication to various audiences with emphasis on client communication and expectation management
Ability to create effective presentations for communicating analysis and recommendations
