Digital Solutions - General Analyst II (Business Analyst) - Xela & El Salvador



Position overview:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be essential in evaluating our DS programs, using data to guide improvements and reporting findings effectively. Your thorough analyses will offer credible insights for strategic development. You'll collaborate with stakeholders ensuring that learning initiatives are enhanced based on solid data analytics. 

Key responsibilities:

In this role you will: 

  • Conduct routine data collection and analysis to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of DS programs within the organization. 

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards that accurately reflect the analysis and communicate meaningful patterns and trends to stakeholders. 

  • Identify areas of improvement within current DS initiatives and propose data-driven recommendations for enhancement. 

  • Work collaboratively with DS designers, Operations and other subject matter expects to refine delivery based on analytical findings. 

  • Liaise with various business functions to ensure DS initiatives are well-integrated and aligned with broader organizational goals.

  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, providing insights and updates on the progress of DS programs and the outcomes of data analysis. 

  • Support the design and implementation of new evaluation metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) to better measure the effectiveness of DS activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience with data analysis tools.

  • Familiar with DS platforms and communicating complex information to a non-technical audience.
