Description and Requirements
Site Policy Manager will provide technical leadership to the policy teams in Essen, Germany.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure that training and policy teams are equipped to communicate both regular and urgent changes in work specifications to staff.
- Identify and address any deficiencies promptly to maintain adequate capacity.
- Collaborate with the client to continuously improve and update policy documentation.
- Ensure efficient communication of information to colleagues and verify adjustments before implementation
- Adherence to release processes is critical.
- Engage in internal and external policy events within the client program as needed.
- Work with the client to ensure adherence to their decisions, policies, and procedural instructions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process compliance and share findings with relevant departments.
- Provide training on new or revised procedural instructions and processes.
- Actively participate in result audits with the client, focusing on ensuring decision quality.
- Evaluate decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and revise decision-making processes that result in non-compliance, identifying the root causes of incorrect decisions.
2+ years of experience in a training or policy management leadership role, preferably in an international organization.
Fluency in English - C1 level
Good knowledge of quality process improvement techniques
Naturally self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and consulting skills. Be able to influence/guide people also through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with cross-functional groups to deliver results.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Experience in multicultural working environment and working with diverse teams.
Ensure personal expertise on company policies and social community standards.
