Description and Requirements
Provide technical leadership to the policy teams.
Management of Policy Requirements. Ensure that training, or policy teams are sufficient to communicate regular and short notice requested changes in work specifications to staff. Deficiencies must be identified and addressed immediately to have sufficient capacity available.
Ensure continuous improvement and updating of policy documentation in collaboration with the client.
Ensure effective delivery of information to colleagues and prior verification of adjustments. Adherence to defined release processes is essential here.
Participate in necessary policy events (internal & external) within the client program.
Collaborate with the client to ensure that decisions, policies and procedural instructions of the client are adhered to. Conduct regular audits to verify process compliance and communicate results to all relevant departments.
Conduct training for new or modified procedural instructions and processes.
Active performance of result audits with the client, with the objective of adhering to the quality of decisions (basis for decisions in process evaluation).
Revision of decision processes with allegedly non-conform results. Backgrounds that have led to these wrong decisions are analyzed.
2+ years of experience in a training or policy management leadership role, preferably in an international organization.
Fluency in English - C1 level
Good knowledge of quality process improvement techniques
Naturally self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and consulting skills. Be able to influence/guide people also through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with cross-functional groups to deliver results.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Experience in multicultural working environment and working with diverse teams.
Ensure personal expertise on company policies and social community standards.
