Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales management, preferably in the fintech or payment processing industry. They should have a deep understanding of SMB needs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on SMB payment solutions

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team

  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve overall customer experience

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately

  • Build and maintain relationships with key SMB accounts and partners

  • Continuously refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech innovations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role

  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies and SMB financial needs

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales analytics tools

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and ability to train others

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
