Now we are looking for a Sales Manager who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales management, preferably in the fintech or payment processing industry. They should have a deep understanding of SMB needs, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on SMB payment solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve overall customer experience
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately
Build and maintain relationships with key SMB accounts and partners
Continuously refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech innovations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies and SMB financial needs
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and ability to train others
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
