Position overview:
This role is part of the Finance Data and Systems Team within the Finance Department. The Finance Analyst Senior is responsible for identifying, assessing, and leading subprocesses and technology improvement initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. This role will work closely with Finance resources and cross-functional teams from global business units and IT to execute finance transformation projects.
Key responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, document, and integrate business requirements from multiple global stakeholders and process owners.
Educate and learn from team members about various business processes and tools. Aim to become a subject matter expert and core super user for your initiatives.
Document comprehensive requirements and key processes, including current state, business change impacts, training, and cut-over.
Conduct business requirements reviews, coordinate testing, and prepare test scripts.
Work hands-on in systems to analyze and document issues.
Track and maintain meeting attendance, recordings, and minutes.
Schedule workshops and assist project managers by documenting RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) items, capturing key design decisions, developing gap/fit analyses, and maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
Document and manage testing and obtain approvals for system changes.
Provide input for the development and review of testing and training materials and their delivery.
Partner with change management to ensure messages are consistent and clear.
Partner with teams in business units, regions, and functions to create and implement solutions across current and future business systems with a focus on finance-related processes.
Contribute to project deliverables on an ad hoc basis.
Create, run, and analyze financial reports.
Prepare and input financial information and data into systems, templates, and structured workbooks, ensuring accuracy and consistency for reporting and various analytics use cases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Experience with Workday a plus
Proficient oral and written English
