AI DS, Sr Corporate Recruiter - Guatemala & El Salvador
Position Overview
The Sr. Trilingual Corporate Recruiter is primarily responsible for sourcing, engaging, and selecting top-tier talent. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for effectively partnering with internal stakeholders and serving as a “trusted talent advisor.”
Responsibilities:
Manage a full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smoothvand positive candidate experience for commercial and non commercial corporate roles in the US and Canada.
Develops and employs effective sourcing strategies that deliver top-tier and diverse talent for current and future hiring needs.
Delivers world-class client service to internal & external shareholders.
Partners and collaborates cross-functionally with hiring leaders, Human Resources, Compensation, and others.
Collaborate with different business units and HR teams to define recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, Social media, referrals and networking events.
Maintains accurate and current records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal reports.
Continuously searches for innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment & comfortable with ambiguity.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance TI brand and attract passive candidates.
Other projects and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
Minimum 5 years of recruiting for sales and nonsales professional and executive level
openings, with proven experience as a senior corporate Recruiter or in a similar role.
Spanish native.
English B2 and above
Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
Ability to negotiate complex compensation packages with senior and executive-level candidates.
A blend of in-house recruiting experience and agency experience strongly desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with ATS technology, Workday preferred.
Social recruiting experience strongly desired.
Expertise with LinkedIn and other talent acquisition tools.
Must be able to work in the US time Zone
