Description and Requirements

TA, Recruitment Analyst IV - Pradera GT

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients and internal departments.

  • Provide structured, professional feedback to candidates.

  • Maintain regular follow-up sessions with candidates to support future hiring pipelines.

  • Ensure hiring quality and pipeline readiness by identifying future-fit talent.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate progress tracking through recruitment platforms.

  • Constant communication with clients.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Professional English proficiency (B1 High or above) – Multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace (G-Suite).

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Workday, Avature, and AppSheet is a plus.

  • Understanding of Scrum methodology is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of IT roles and markets is highly desirable.

  • Experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).

Studies & Experience:

  • Over one year of experience as a recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes across various roles and departments - Mandatory 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field – Required.

  • IT recruitment experience and technical understanding is a strong plus.

  • IT Recruitment certification (e.g., DevSkiller) is a plus.

Additional Job Description

The Recruitment Analyst IV plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition team by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates sourced both internally and externally. This includes candidate evaluation, formal interviews, process tracking, and continuous follow-up through to the candidate’s first day with TELUS Digital.
