Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients and internal departments.
Provide structured, professional feedback to candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up sessions with candidates to support future hiring pipelines.
Ensure hiring quality and pipeline readiness by identifying future-fit talent.
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate progress tracking through recruitment platforms.
Constant communication with clients.

Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Workday, Avature, and AppSheet is a plus.
Understanding of Scrum methodology is an advantage.
Knowledge of IT roles and markets is highly desirable.
Experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).
Studies & Experience:
Over one year of experience as a recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes across various roles and departments - Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field – Required.
IT recruitment experience and technical understanding is a strong plus.
IT Recruitment certification (e.g., DevSkiller) is a plus.

The Recruitment Analyst IV plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition team by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates sourced both internally and externally. This includes candidate evaluation, formal interviews, process tracking, and continuous follow-up through to the candidate’s first day with TELUS Digital.
