Position overview:
TELUS Digital is searching for a Recruitment Analyst II to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open
roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Analyst II is responsible for hiring qualified
people while promoting the TELUS Digital brand and providing a positive candidate
experience.
Key responsibilities:
Source candidates by using databases, platforms and social media.
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
Maintain record of interviews and recruitment activity.
Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
Attend job fairs and careers events if needed.
Conduct screenings and phone interviews with candidates.
Partner with hiring teams for interview scheduling.
Proactively seek out new and alternative channels to reach potential applicants.
Ensure recruitment processes and interviews are carried out in a professional, structured and consistent manner across the business and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
Participate in other HR projects when requested.

Qualifications:
English - B2
• Oral and written comprehension
• Appropriate use of languageKnowledge of North American hiring laws is a plus, but not required as they will receive training
Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent talent management experience (preferred).
ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates; experience with Workday and Avature, a plus.
Sales experience is a plus
