General Description


We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Solutions Specialist to join our CX operations in a BPO/call center environment. In this role, you will engage with customers to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and support them through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting. This position plays a key role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while enhancing the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering expert guidance and support for power supply solutions.

  • Resolve customer issues related to energy services or products in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain clear communication with peers to ensure consistent handling of inquiries and escalations.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored assistance.

  • Monitor customer interactions to identify opportunities for improving satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.

Requirements


  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required

  • English Level: B2 Spoken & Written

  • Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC)
