General Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Solutions Specialist to join our CX operations in a BPO/call center environment. In this role, you will engage with customers to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and support them through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting. This position plays a key role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering expert guidance and support for power supply solutions.
Resolve customer issues related to energy services or products in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain clear communication with peers to ensure consistent handling of inquiries and escalations.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored assistance.
Monitor customer interactions to identify opportunities for improving satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
Requirements

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
English Level: B2 Spoken & Written
Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC)
