About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Experience (CX) operations environment. In this role, you will engage with customers to assess their energy needs, provide tailored solutions, and support them through the decision-making process. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting. This position plays a key role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation on energy services and power supply.
Analyze customer energy needs and recommend optimized solutions.
Handle complex inquiries related to energy products and services.
Process and resolve energy service-related concerns efficiently.
Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance.
Maintain updated knowledge of energy industry trends and solutions.
Collaborate with teams to resolve escalated energy-related cases.
Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Conduct systematic follow-ups on implemented energy solutions.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience in energy sector, customer service, or related fields (Desirable).
Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written.
