We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of recruitment reports and maintaining data compliance across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure data compliance.
  • Analyze recruitment data to support decision-making and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and reporting support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Above-average oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment analytics or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen is an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and analytical mindset.
  • Able to work independently and learn proactively.
