We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of recruitment reports and maintaining data compliance across our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure data compliance.
- Analyze recruitment data to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and reporting support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Above-average oral and written communication skills.
- Relevant experience in recruitment analytics or a related field is preferred.
- Strong business acumen is an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker, and analytical mindset.
- Able to work independently and learn proactively.
