Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Above-average oral and written communication skills.
• Relevant experience in recruitment analytics or a related field is preferred.
• Strong business acumen is an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker, and analytical mindset.
• Able to work independently and learn proactively.
