Description and Requirements

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Analyst to support our AI team in managing the coordination and scheduling of participants for a video production initiative across multiple cities. This is a remote position, but availability during Pacific Time Zone (PT) hours is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong communication skills and experience in high-volume scheduling environments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with participants across multiple locations.

  • Monitor, track, and update participant data, appointment status, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and logs to ensure accuracy and accountability.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Coordinators, and other team members to align timelines and production goals.

  • Represent and promote the TELUS Digital brand in all interactions with professionalism and care.

  • Identify scheduling or operational inefficiencies and support the team with process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a scheduling, logistics, or high-call-volume environment.

  • Comfortable making and receiving a large number of calls daily.

  • Full-time availability for the duration of the project.

  • Reliable internet connection and phone access - required.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - B2 and above is Required.

  • Friendly, respectful, and professional communication style, especially over the phone.

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder support mindset.

  • Technically savvy and able to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone (PT) hours.
