Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule appointments with participants across multiple locations.
Monitor, track, and update participant data, appointment status, and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed documentation and logs to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Coordinators, and other team members to align timelines and production goals.
Represent and promote the TELUS Digital brand in all interactions with professionalism and care.
Identify scheduling or operational inefficiencies and support the team with process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a scheduling, logistics, or high-call-volume environment.
Comfortable making and receiving a large number of calls daily.
Full-time availability for the duration of the project.
Reliable internet connection and phone access - required.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - B2 and above is Required.
Friendly, respectful, and professional communication style, especially over the phone.
Strong customer service and stakeholder support mindset.
Technically savvy and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Capable of managing sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone (PT) hours.
