Description and Requirements
Position Overview:
The Inventory Analyst II, is responsible for the administration of the company's Fixed Assets, working closely with the support areas, mainly with the purchasing area and the operational areas, in addition to providing direct support to the Asset Leader in relation to WFH and B2O.
Key responsibilities:
Control and supervise assets in Guatemala
Periodically supervise (audit) the assets in the Sites by Level and account
Update (Workday) of movements between the Sites
Supervision of movement sheets (complete and with respective signatures)
Monitoring of problems that arise in the sites (missing assets, uninformed movements, etc.)
Point of contact with the people involved in the movements
Keep the stock information updated on their Sites
Other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor
Prepare and present the results of the analytical review
Perform inventory reporting as required
Analyze results and communicate them to management

Qualifications:
2 years or above of university studies in Accounting or Finance - Required
2 years of accounting experience - Required
2 years of experience in Warehouse Management - Desirable
