Job Description:
Role: Sr. Network Administrator
Work Location: Gift City, Gandhinagar
Working Mode: 5 days Work from the office.
Shift Timings: Rotational Flexible Shift (including Night shift)

Job Description

  • Ensures activities and milestones of the project delegated to him/her are achieved in a timely manner and exercises exemplary interactions with all internal and external counterparts. Provides documentation to the Sr. Network Administrator for handover to the IT Operations team.
  • Provides design and solutions appropriate and as required by the project in all networking aspects.
  • Implements Move, Add, and Change as required by clients with close coordination with the IT operations team.
  • Meets and coordinates in a regular manner for technical updates, issues, and resolutions with the IT COE Manager, Special Projects Manager, general IT management, and client (internal/external).
  • Implements approved design as required by the client and concurs with TIP standards, including Change Management Request documentation.
  • Provides support to the internal IT Network Operations team for escalated issues and in-progress projects.


Hiring Manager Notes:
Experience Required
:

  • 3+ years in network troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud computing
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA or CCNP
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—must be fluent
  • Able to collaborate with global teams across the organization
  • Must be available to work during holidays and weekends and respond to critical issues even at night if needed
  • Reliable, responsive, team-oriented
  • Willing to step up during critical situations.
