We are currently looking for: Senior Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d) 


Overview of tasks:

  • Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI’s and SLA’s in the business

  • Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through the use of data analytics

  • Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to develop actionable business insights and recommendations 

  • Maintain business intelligence platforms and tools

  • Build reports and tools inside the database environment

  • Conduct troubleshooting on complex business intelligence models

  • Evaluate and improve existing business intelligence models leveraging industry best practices


We are looking for:


  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; MBA is desirable

  • Expertise in data modeling, database technologies (SQL, Google Bigquery etc.), and usage of business intelligence technologies   (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, Looker, Sisense etc.)  and tools

  • Profound knowledge of MS Excel, Power Query and SQL

  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data mining and statistical analysis

  • Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align business intelligence to strategic goals

  • Expert ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights

  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non technical stakeholders

  • Ability to solve complex problems; to takes a new perspective on existing solutions; to exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
