Shifts: 5 days/week (Mon-Fri), business hours, subject to change


Salary: €36,000 gross/year (Plus average 10% performance bonuses)

Are you passionate about upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance? We are seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst to help maintain and enhance the integrity of our client’s platform. In this role, you’ll ensure our policies are followed across various compliance areas, from intellectual property to data privacy.

What You’ll Do:

As a Quality Analyst, you'll specialize in one of the following compliance streams:

  • Contractual Operations (COPS) team ensures our client meets its licensing and regulatory obligations, with a focus on the music industry. We review and act on potential licensing violations—usually music-related—by removing or blocking content. We also support global regulatory efforts to balance content access with licensing limits.

  • The Scaled Regulatory Operations (SRO) team ensures our client's compliance with local laws and regulations. The mission is to design, build, and scale operational solutions to address the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance, design and implement scalable operational solutions, mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

  • The Privacy Operations team is supporting our client’s platforms (focus on ensuring that user data privacy requests - such as data access, deletion and portability - are correctly implemented, tested and aligned with global privacy regulations. This includes market-specific requirements in regions such as the EU (GDPR), the US (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil (LGPD) and others. This function is essential for ensuring that our client’s privacy tools for users and back-end workflows are functioning properly, meeting compliance obligations, and maintaining user confidence in various markets
  • Intellectual property Operations teamResponsible for independently investigating and validating cases across copyright, trademark, counterfeit, and brand rights protection workflows, ensuring adherence to global regulations including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The role involves identifying policy gaps, performing root cause analysis, and recommending improvements to policies and processes. You will be utilizing internal tools and external resources for verification of trademark registrations and validation of copyright claims, while providing regular feedback to QA team leads and policy experts. You will be collaborating with global teams to ensure consistent quality standards and effective protection of intellectual property rights.

  • Experience in a Compliance role (AML, KYC, etc.) or Policy Quality Analyst role.

  • C1 English level proficiency
