We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Procurement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP Procurement (MM, Ariba, S/4HANA) and will be responsible for leading procurement transformation initiatives, managing end-to-end implementations, and driving process improvements. This role requires both technical and functional knowledge, along with leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions, including MM, Ariba, and Central Procurement.

  • Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvements, vendor management, purchase requisition, purchase orders, contracts, and invoice management.

  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices on procurement processes in S/4HANA.

  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of procurement initiatives.

  • Work closely with other SAP module leads (FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM) for seamless integration.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and organizational project management standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Procurement with strong hands-on expertise in MM and Ariba.

  • Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Lead or Solution Architect.

  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement functionalities such as Central Procurement, Fiori apps, Business Partner setup, and Procurement Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of P2P cycles, sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, and invoice management.

  • Experience in leading teams and working with senior business stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SAP Ariba integration with S/4HANA.

  • Exposure to SAP Intelligent Spend Management.

  • SAP Certification in MM, Ariba, or S/4HANA Procurement.


Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.

  • SAP certifications preferred
