We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team, focusing on Telecommunications and NetCracker Platform systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BSS (Business Support Systems) with specific expertise in NetCracker's CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and PIM (Product Information Management) modules.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Development Lead or Technical Lead positions
Proven track record in Team Leadership, requirements analysis, and documentation
Experience in telecommunications industry preferred
Familiarity with NetCracker platform is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Marketing Catalog structures using NetCracker platform
Collaborate with Business teams to develop best practices for modeling offers, pricing strategies, and promotions
Propose and implement sustainable product catalog solutions
Oversee the integration of CPQ and PIM modules within the broader BSS ecosystem
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on NetCracker platform capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation for catalog and quotation processes
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing catalog and quotation processes
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables related to NetCracker platform implementations
Stay updated on industry trends and NetCracker platform updates to drive innovation within the organization
Technical Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on Catalog and Quotation processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven expertise in BSS, specifically with NetCracker's CPQ and PIM modules
In-depth understanding of telecommunications industry standards and best practices
Strong knowledge of product catalog management, offer modeling, and pricing strategies
Experience in designing and implementing Marketing Catalog structures
Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, etc.)
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Basic understanding of telecommunications systems and processes
Experience with NetCracker or similar OSS platforms (desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio
